If you opened this week's newsletter then you noticed that today begins a 6 week initiative we're calling:

As moms, we tend to neglect our health, physical and spiritual, because we often buy into the lie that our health isn't as important as those we are called to care for. 

Moms, we think it's time to start taking care of ourselves!

Here are 4 ways we're encouraging you to do so over the next 6 weeks:

1. Water: 64 ounces a day.  Everyone has access too it, and all you have to do is drink it.  And it's SO good for you. We NEED it!  To help motivate us as a community, we're offering these tumblers for a limited time in our market place (strength in numbers!).

2. Holy Yoga: We love the idea of combining truth from scripture, meditating on that truth, and doing something really good for your physical health.  Our sweet friend, and Thrive Moms blog contributor, Mandy Reid will be sharing Holy Yoga practices with us on the blog over the next few weeks centered on our weekly scriptures.  We hope you'll join us!

3. Simple Health: It's gotta be simple right?  As busy moms, we need all the simple we can get.  We'll be posting simple and healthy recipes and tips to give you attainable ideas for healthy living.

4. Spiritual Strength: From our instafeed to stories on our blog, we want to encourage each other to dig deeper into God's word and listen more closely to His voice.
